Bookings & Reservations
The Wildlife Camp is very popular with visitors and we often get full bookings during peak season (June till September).
It would be advisable to make your booking early.
You can call us or email us your enquiries/booking. Though email is our preferred mode of communication, if time is short, calling us to check availability/confirm booking may be a better option.

[Important Note: We DO NOT have agents who can book or take visitors to our Camp. We handle bookings directly and we control and carry out all arrangements to take visitors to Camp.
Please note that bookings can only be made via email or by calling/whatsapp our Ops Base + (6) 011 – 2905 1330.
We also DO NOT have agents who have been authorised to collect payment or deposit on our behalf. Payment/BalancePayment will be in cash, in Ringgit or where pre-arranged, by transfer to our company account. We WILL NOT acknowledge payment made to third parties.
Deposit paid for booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by guest or no show. Deposit is refundable in the event of natural disaster such as floods, severe weather conditions, pandemic, lockdowns and such other events which lead to stoppage of operations due to rulings, regulations and/or enforcement by the authorities.]
Q: Can you issue an invoice?
A: We are a small company and humbly apologise that we do not issue invoices nor do we offer credit terms.
Q: Do you accept credit card payment?
A: We do not have the ability to receive payment via credit card. Sorry. Payment would be in cash, in Ringgit.
